IIn an effort to meet the financial needs of the San Marcos CISD and its educators, the San Marcos Education Foundation provides opportunities for teachers to request grant funding to promote innovative teaching initiatives and programs. Each year the Foundation allocates nearly $50,000 in grant funding to support educational initiatives and resources that may not be met within the school district's budget process.
